We deliver meals every Saturday. To receive your first order the same week, simply place your order by Tuesday at 12:00 (noon).
After your first delivery, you’ll receive meals weekly. You can add, swap, or remove meals for the following week — just make your changes before the same Tuesday 12:00 cutoff.
We need a week's lead time because all meals are made fresh to order by our chefs — no shortcuts, just quality.

All Growfit meals are delivered fresh, never frozen. They’re sealed and refrigerated for optimal quality and will stay fresh in your fridge for up to 7 days.

Absolutely. We want Growfit to work around your life, not the other way around.
You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your account.

Canceling your subscription does not automatically cancel existing orders.
If you cancel before Tuesday at 12:00, no new order will be processed.
If you cancel after Tuesday 12:00, your upcoming order has already been prepared and will be delivered — but after that, you’ll no longer be charged or receive future deliveries.

You can easily add, swap, or remove meals from your weekly delivery by logging into your personal account.
Just make sure to finalize your changes before the weekly cutoff: Tuesday at 12:00 (noon).

Yes, you can update your delivery address anytime by logging into your account and editing your profile details.

Orders already confirmed after the cutoff are being prepared and cannot be canceled.

If you have any allergies, please read the ingredient information carefully before selecting your meals. Your safety is our priority.

We deliver all meals once a week, every Saturday. This ensures you start your week with fresh, ready-to-enjoy meals.

Yes, ideally. We recommend being home to receive your delivery so you can place the meals in the fridge right away.
If you’re not home, we can leave the box safely at your door — but please note that the meals should be picked up as soon as possible and stored in the fridge to keep them fresh and safe to eat.

Our meals are packed in eco-friendly trays using a Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) system, which helps keep the meals fresh and preserve their nutritional quality. Each meal is individually sealed and labeled, making storage and reheating easy and hygienic.

All Growfit meals are made fresh and stay good in the fridge for up to 7 days. We recommend consuming them in order of their best-before dates, which are clearly printed on each package.

Every meal comes in a microwave-safe tray. Just peel back a corner of the film and heat in the microwave for 2–4 minutes, depending on your microwave’s power.

Growfit meals are delivered fresh and are best enjoyed that way. While it's technically possible to freeze them, we don’t recommend it, as it may affect the texture and taste. For the best experience, consume the meals within 7 days of delivery.
